A Journey Through Relaxation To Enrich Your Immune System |
The state of hypnosis is a totally natural phenomenon that is most pleasant and particularly relaxing. Simply put, hypnosis works because it allows each person direct access to their subconscious mind. The subconscious is that area of the mind that processes emotions. It is not ‘logic bound’ like the conscious mind, but receives, stores and emits, feelings. If you are depressed or are in a bad mood, you will perceive even positive things as negative. With hypnosis you can restructure your perceptions, and experience rapid positive changes.
Hypnosis occurs primarily in the alpha and theta states. Beta is the awakening state and is considered our locomotive engine, or fastest of the brain waves. In the alpha state, we are enveloped with a sense of relaxation. The theta state produces a deep sense of relaxation. Last is the delta, in which we find ourselves in a sleeping state. What’s important, is the ability of your mind to be patient as you allow yourself time to develop the desired response.
With this recording, you will guided by my voice into a state where your body and mind are relaxed and nearly asleep. To an onlooker, it might seem that you are totally asleep but in fact, you will feel very relaxed and remain awake enough to be aware. Once you are in the deepest state of relaxation, your subconscious mind will be guided to gain control of your physical and mental body by building and enhancing your natural immune system.
Lastly, you will gently be brought out of this hypnotic state. You will feel wonderful, refreshed, and relaxed, just as if you had a full nights sleep.
Although some people will feel an immediate change after listening just once to this recording, it is recommended that you listen to it for 20 to 30 consecutive days. Always try to find a quite private place where you will have the least interruptions for the best results. Take your phone off the hook if possible. Remember, in an emergency you will always be in control.
