Well what an event we had last Friday. Last Friday was the annual November tuner streetcar cruise through the beautiful scenic views of Emerald coast. The energy was absolutely incredible as tuner cars came from all over Florida Alabama and Georgia. There were approximately 500 streetcars and racecars that had shown up.
I would like to thank fierce controllers for their generous sponsorship of the race event. Here’s controllers is a manufacturer who makes some of the best manual boost controllers we have seen, More Info. They are highly engineered and feature top-notch components including ceramic balls, 6061 aircraft aluminum bodies, any unique friction lock system. In fact, three of the five fastest cars were running a boost controller from them.
First there is a 20 mile cruise that was started at the Sonic’s and finally ended at Jack’s spot where the streetcars started to show what they were made of. The weather along the coastline was absolutely pristine and cool enough to keep the cars running in tiptop shape. In fact out of all the cars that were doing the cruise only one overheated. Who hasn’t had a project car overheat? We had everything from Turbo Hondas, supercharged Mustangs and even a couple exotics like a Lamborghini. There was one particular Honda that featured a garret 67mm turbo that was an absolute animal. Though the owner would not tell the horsepower rating it was easily taking out 600 hp Mustangs.
We’re glad to see all of our friends who were able to make it out to the event and spend some quality time with us and their families. Our next event is scheduled for the last Sunday of December we hope to see everyone out there.
