We stand by the quality of our products.
Our physical products (DVDs, CDs, or anything mailed) are shipped and supported directly by the vendor. If there is a question regarding a return due to dissatisfaction, please contact the vendor directly before the sale to understand their terms. However, all vendors selling through Emerald Energies have agreed to replace any product which is deemed defective.
As for our digitally downloadable material, we do our best effort to bring you
top quality products. In most cases, we allow you to preview a sample of the material, as well as read the
author's biography. We also provide you with test files under Technical Information, so that you can test
whether or not you can play the various video and audio files on your computer. All presenters are qualified in
their field, and the video editors and language translators (where applicable) are professionals.
Because this is electronic media, there is no way for you to return the product once it is purchased --
therefore, given the conditions of best-effort and unreturnable-material, we are confident that our steadfast
policy to not give refunds for digitally downloaded material is understandable. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please send us an e-mail, as we need to know where we can
improve. Your feedback will be forwarded to the respective author / speaker / presenter,
and perhaps further explanation or alternate arrangements will be made directly.
